Hilux Diff Pinion Speed Kit.
Kit has been designed to fit all variations of the Toyota 'Hilux' G-Series.
Early / Late / 2WD / 4WD / Hiace / Prado fitment supported.
Pinion trigger wheel fits both 60mm & 66mm bolt spacing.
Kit includes:
- CNC steel 12 tooth trigger wheel
- Diff housing mounting posts (Drilled steel)
- Sensor clasp and fasteners (6061 aluminium)
- ZF high speed hall sensor (GS100701)
- Deutsch DTM3 connector and terminals
- 90 Degree boot

  • Fitment Guide

    Fitment guide:

    - Diff housing mounting posts to replace existing M8 fastener.
    - Trigger wheel halves to be installed on rear face of the pinion flange. Check your pinion flange bolts are long enough. Replace if necessary.
    - Fit sensor to mounting ear on sensor clasp.
    - Fit both sides of sensor clasp to mounting posts.
    - Adjust front to back sensor location and lock location with clasp fasteners.
    - Adjust sensor gap to trigger tooth. Approx 1mm is ideal. Use supplied locking nuts to secure.
    - Check clearance by rotating the centre to ensure there is no contact and sensor gap is consistent.

    Brown - 5-24V
    Black - Output
    Blue : Ground
